Nightingale
Cat :: DSH Grey/Cream Tabby

Nightingale was found at an abandoned home along with her litter of six kittens. What a wonderful mom - all her kittens are healthy and happy. She is only about a year old and is a short haired grey/cream tabby. She's currently waiting to be spayed and then for a permanent home. Nightingale is just a calm, sweet girl who needs a bit of love and attention.

Kitten Sparrow
Cat :: DSH Brown Tabby

Kitten Sparrow, and all her siblings, were found at an abadoned home with their mom. All in very good shape, Sparrow, the only girl, is the most adventuresome and curious. The leader of the pack! Still a bit nervous about humans, and just now taken away from mom, she'll be ready for adoption by 9/15. Sparrow is a short haired brown tabby girl. Born approx. 7/13/10.

Kitten Falcon
Cat :: DSH Siamese Mix (Lynx Pt.)

Kitten Falcon, and all his siblings, were found at an abadoned home with their mom. All in very good shape, Falcon is all rough and tumble with his brothers. Still a bit nervous about humans, and just now taken away from mom, he'll be ready for adoption by 9/15. Falcon is a short haired siamese mix boy. Born approx. 7/13/10.

Kitten Finch
Cat :: DSH Siamese Seal Point

Kitten Finch, and all his siblings, were found at an abadoned home with their mom. All in very good shape, Finch is all rough and tumble with his brothers. Kitten Owl
Cat :: DSH Orange Tabby

Kitten Owl, and all his siblings, were found at an abadoned home with their mom. All in very good shape, Owl is all rough and tumble with his brothers. Still a bit nervous about humans, and just now taken away from mom, he'll be ready for adoption by 9/15. Owl is a short haired orange tabby boy. Born approx. 7/13/10.

Spangles
Cat :: DSH Torti Bobtail

Spangles, a torti bobtail, just had 3 kittens. Was a neglected cat who is on her second litter and barely a year old. Very, very conscientious mom - babies are healthy and active. Will be available around 10/1 after kittens are weaned and she is spayed. Very loving and playful.

Charlotte
Cat :: DSH White with Grey Tabby

Charlotte was rescued by the folks at Elk Run Assisted Living, and although they couldn't keep her, they made sure she was fed and safe due to an injured front leg. She's using it more and more all the time - does not hinder her at all; she runs, jumps and plays like any other cat. While still shy, Charlotte is coming out of her shell daily. Super loving. Loves to play, especially if it has feathers. A good groomer, good with any food and her litter box. She's very vocal. Probably good with older kids, maybe another cat. Loves to look out the windows at the chipmunks and birds, but doesn't try to escape outside. Charlotte is about 1 1/2 years and is white with brown tabby markings. Currently in a foster home waiting for a permanent one.

Toodles
Cat :: Short hair, orange/white

Toodles is a big happy guy. Little shy but warms up quickly. He was a stray and lived in a barn for awhile, but he purrs and kneads, when he is petted. One big love bug; wants nothing more than a perch in the sun. Toodles is approx. 4 years old. Come and meet him at the Cat Room in Chow Down.

Niven
Cat :: DSH Brown Tabby

Found in a dumpster with a slew of other kittens, Niven is slowly learning how to be a kitten. While playful and curious, Niven is still shy when it comes to humans - can't blame him. He and his brother, Olivier are in a foster home just relaxing and learning to trust, being able to be a kitten. Born approx. early May 2010; already neutered and up to date on shots.

Olivier

Minnie is a beautiful torti who is approx. 1 1/2 years old. She is a very sweet girl and loves to be petted. Minnie is just adorable. Come meet her at the Cat Room at Chow Down in Evergreen.

Maximus
Cat :: DLH Grey Tabby

Max is a beautiful long haired grey tabby kitten. He is very soft and furry and once you get him in your arms he is a little snug bug and purrs up a storm. Max loves to play and is very curious. He will chase anything and already knows how to use his scratching post. Born approx. 4/15/10.

Malcolm

Malcolm is a very curious, friendly and cute all black male kitten. He is sleek and soft and loves to be held and cuddled. He also loves to play and chase. It takes him a little time to get to know new people but he is all love. Born approx. 4/15/10

Socks
Cat :: DMH Grey Tabby w/ white boots

Socks is a grey and white tabby boy. He is medium long hair and very soft and furry. He is very sweet, quiet and a little shy still. Socks is a beautiful boy who with some love and trust will make someone a loving pet. Born approx. 4/15/10.

Shivers

Shivers is an adorable all grey little girl. She is very shy but is starting to come out of her shell. She is curious and loves to chase at shoelaces. Born approx. 4/15/10.

Jag Chiras
Cat :: 1/2 Bengal 1/2 long haired cat

Jag is a 14 year old 1/2 Bengal neutered male with medium long hair. He's very sweet, gorgeous to look at, meows conversationally, and is very mellow. Jag was healthy all his life, but recently became diabetic and so now needs insulin two times a day to survive and the high-protein catfood. Jag is a very wonderful, cool boy.

Caspar
Cat :: DSH Black & Brown Tabby with White

A bit on the shy side, Caspar will come out for a bit of play or the smell of wet food. Loves to play, but will purr an settle in once you snuggle her. She is a beautiful black/brown/white tabby, long and sleek. Born approx. 3/15/10.

Victor
Cat :: Short hair, British Blue

Victor, a short haired British Blue boy, comes from a home with too many animals. Rather than a shelter, his owner asked us to find him a more permanent place where he could get the attention he deserved. While a bit shy, he's very loving once he knows you. Born approx. 2001.

Mouser/Kitten Mouser
Cat :: DSH Black

Although black in color, her traits are siamese, exact same face as her sister, Kitten Jessica. Very long legs, which are still straighteneing from a genetic defect, this girl is constantly on the go. Fearless, just like her sister, she is curious about everything. Born approx. 2/1/10. Must be adopted with her sister Kitten Jessica.

Calliope
Cat :: DLH Calico

They don’t come more beautiful – in looks or demeanor. Calliope is a long haired calico girl who was found matted and in terrible condition, obviously left to fend for herself. Now learning to trust again, she’s sweet, but still a bit unsure. Would do better in a quiet household. Now in a foster home, she’s returning to full health and starting a new coat of fur.

Buddha

Zippy

Zippy still isn't sure of us humans. While he'd love to be held and pet, he needs to make sure he's safe. Just learning that being inside is wonderful. Plays and plays with his housemates and can be encouraged with some treats or wet food. Zippy is a short haired brown tabby with white accents; born approx. Nov. 09.

Timmy

Timmy, like Zippy, is still a a bit shy. Always on the lookout for a playmate or something to entertain him, Timmy will still tremble a bit when being held. He's warming up quickly at his foster home and also plays and plays with his housemates. Timmy is a short haired orange tabby with white accents; born approx. Nov. 09.

Aimee
Cat :: DSH Calico

A very special lady took an interest when she found Aimee wandering around her building searching for a warm safe place to hide and food to eat when she was left behind by prior owners. Making friends was easy for this wonderful girl when she had no reason to trust. Aimee is a short haired calico about 5 years old just waiting for you at Chow Down in Evergreen.

Annie
Cat :: Short hair, black/white

Annie is a wonderfully sweet short haired black/white tuxedo girl, about 6 years old. Annie was a stray that some nice folks were feeding, but since they are moving, they were unable to find anyone to continue. But this girl is way too sweet and loving not to find a forever home. She's currently in the Cat Room at Chow Down in Evergreen.

Dot
Cat :: DSH Calico

Dot, a 6 year old short haired calico girl, had to be relinquished when her owner lost her job and home. Wonderful girl, although shy at first, who gets along with other cats and dogs. Beautiful face and temperment to match, come meet her at Chow Down in Evergreen.

Gwyneth

Shy, but sweet, Gwyneth will need a bit more socialization to reach her full potential. Very much the runt of the litter, she's still just a bit of a thing. Loves to chase a laser; loves her wet food. With a bit of love and attention, Gwyneth will be a real lover soon.

Rosebud (Cupid)

Rosebud is a very shy girl about 2 1/2 years old. She's been around young children, dogs and other cats, and is slowing learning to trust and love attention. Romeo, a very special, exuberant boy, gets plenty of exercise chasing his sister, Rapunzel, all around. He loves to bury his nose in your hair and cover you with kisses. Romeo is very close to his sister; they would love to share a home together. Born approx. March 2008.

Rapunzel
Cat :: DSH Black and White

Rapunzel, a bit more cautious than her brother Romeo, splits her time between being a great lap kitty and exercising her brother. She loves to play hide and seek and can be coaxed out of her shell with a feather toy. Rapunzel is very close to her brother; they would love to share a home together. Born approx. March 2008.

Dillon

Dillon is a wonderfully sweet old guy. He is a "big lover boy" - netuered and about 13 years old. Dillon has lots of love left to give - just wants a warm sunny spot and a lap to sit in.

Midnight
Cat :: Medium hair black

Midnight has a sleek black coat and one white whisker. She still is a little shy but very sweet. Midnight was left out in the cold and had to fend for herself until one of our volunteers found her. Now she’s getting used to a warm household and lots of friends. She loves to talk and eat! Born approximately July 30, 2007.

Lulu
Cat :: Short hair, black/white

Lulu is a sweet, sweet 4 year old spayed female cat. She lived a hard life before she came to us. Her former owners decided they no longer wanted her and stuck her out in their barn where she never saw anyone. Luckily one of our volunteers discovered her situation and brought her to us. She is a bit shy but is coming around nicely and learning to trust people again. Please come and meet Lulu - she has a darling personality and is such an adorable cat!

Cleo
Cat :: Black

Cleo is a two year old spayed female. She was found with her kittens under a local hardware store last year. This smart young mother was quick to make friends with the employees there, almost like she knew they would help with her kittens. Now that all her babies have been adopted, it's her turn. She is absolute delight and loves to play. She was a wonderful mother, now it's time for Cleo to be the cared for one. Come meet her at Evergreen Cat Lodge.

Junior

This is Venus, she has been tossed around and around in her lifetime from home to home. And, it's time for her to find her forever home! She is a very sweet cat, but also independent. In my opinion, it's the perfect combination. She likes to be petted, but she also isn't overbearing. She has some allergies, so she prefers food with fish instead of beef or chicken. Venus gets along with other cats as long as they will accept her playfulness, which can be mis understood. She is the beautiful black and white coloring and has short to medium length hair.
